Order Cancellation:

• You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After the 24-hour window, cancellations are no longer accepted, and the order will proceed for processing and shipment.

No Return Policy:

• We do not accept returns for any products once they have been shipped.

• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstances once the 24-hour window has passed.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are applicable only for orders canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window. Once the 24-hour period has passed, no refunds will be issued.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request and will be credited using the same payment method as the original transaction. No fees will be incurred for such refunds.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photographic evidence of the damage. Our team will review the case and may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Returning Goods:

• Since we do not have a return policy, we do not accept returns under any circumstances unless the item is damaged or defective and approved for replacement.
